This is in addition to complain no. XXXX. I received a certified letter from Chase dated XX/XX/2022 that my loan is in default and have to pay them {$19000.00}. I tried to make my monthly payment like I promised on my first complain but was refused. I need tp pay them at least 14 payments worth almost {$15000.00}. They are really trying to get us out of our home. Please help us. Thank you and God Bless.
