To whom it may concern, I have been a customer with formerly known as JP Morgan and currently Chase for over 20 years. Currently I have a business account, personal account, HELOC, and business line of credit with Chase, however, I am highly displeased with their fraudulent changes of late fees on an account with automatic payment as well as hidden annual fees and interest rates I was made unaware of. This business line of credit was taken out in XX/XX/2015 and have not missed one payment since then. My original loan amount was {$30000.00} and present day {$29000.00}. Despite my countless efforts to increase my minimum monthly payment to almost double of the requirement, there has been but a minimum decrease in the principal balance by about {$300.00} after 12 years of payment. I went to the branch to speak with someone about my concerns and unfortunately, the appointment was incorrectly set up by the staff with a representative that could not help me. Even though she did her best efforts to call someone that would have an idea the business line of credit products, the person that I was connected to was not yet in the office at XXXX XXXX XXXX. The presentative stated they would follow up via email or phone call regarding the late charges on the account as soon as she would arrive to the office, yet I have not received either a phone call or email. I feel complete XXXX against and very XXXX at the fact that my late fees have not been addressed and more importantly, not having a solution as to how this account will continue to torment my finances since I barely found out this account has no term of maturity.
