Before my car was repossessed in XX/XX/2021 XXXX was harassing me calling in upwards of three times a day. I reported the obsessive harassing phone calls and they put a stop to the phone calls but now my problem is not getting my statements on time and XXXX is not reporting it to the credit bureau accurately. I received a statement on XX/XX/XXXX that implied, as you will see by the attachments that I was three months behind when I wasnt even 30 days past due yet. Please refer to the attachments the information doesnt match up to when they are reporting my account to the credit bureaus either. I received a notification today through XXXX that my account is 30 days past due but according to the notices I received LESS than 30 days ago they say Im 90 days past due???? I believe this is all in retaliation for me putting a stop to their collection calls as soon as you are late they start calling up to three times a day. Its harassing not to mention the amount of money I owe on this loan doesnt make any sense. Even the worst car loan out there after paying it for a year you would see more than a {$20.00} drop in the balance. I reported this Company before being deceitful and dishonest but I didnt want to follow through with it because I just wont have time and Im a single mom but I am trying really hard to work on my credit in this company is set on preventing me from obtaining HOME OWNERSHIP reporting INACCURATE info AND not sending out an invoice to me in a timely fashion for me to pay it. On top of having incorrect information on the statement that I just received. This company is dishonest and unethical and just plain unfair. They prevented me from being able to pay all my past due when they took my car and it took twice as long to get it back because they kept adding fees and giving me instructions to pay the bill that were bogus. I have attached my informed delivery to prove when I received the LATEST BILL from them Which by the way says that its not due until XX/XX/XXXX yet the statement date is XX/XX/XXXX and it didnt get into my mailbox until XX/XX/XXXX?? Thats directly in retaliation to me stopping they are harassing collection calls because I know my rights as a consumer!
