In XXXX I applied to re-finance my home mortgage with XXXX XXXX XXXX Company. I told the representative, XXXX XXXX XXXX, that I did not want to finance for another 30 years loan, as I had already paid for 9 years on my home. I recently found out that my home is not being paid off until the year XXXX. I contacted my loan management service, Rushmore Loan Management Services, and they sent me a document that says the " note '' is due to be paid off on XX/XX/XXXX, that has my signature on a different page. I do not have this form in the copies of the re-finance included in my records, signed or unsigned. In fact, none of the copies of the documents sent to me, for my records, has my signature on them. I do not have one copy of the re-finance loan that contains my signature. I tried to tell the loan management company many times that the contract needed to be voided because of the mistakes made when I re-financed, but they have chosen to ignore all my efforts. I was also promised {$430.00} refund from my escrow, but I never received that money. I was later told that it went towards my new escrow account, as it was short. Now Rushmore Loan Management Services is selling my account over to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX beginning XX/XX/XXXX. I can't afford to pay on this loan another 23 years, I'm XXXX XXXX XXXX.
