I received a new business credit card. Before I received it, Citi left a voice mail about a fraud concern. I twice tried to call, but I was on hold for too long. ( I work for a living! ) After receiving the card, I have attempted to activate it but the website directs me to call " to protect [ my ] account. '' As I am writing this, I have been on hold over XXXX minutes.
