THS IS NOT A DULICATE COMPALINT. m writing this complaint to to address I.Q Data international inc to collect an alleged debt owed by me. This company has obtained my personal identification under false pretenses. I received a XXXX complaint that this account would be removed within 30 days. it has been over 90 days. this debt is damaging my credit report. IQ DATA INTERNATIONAL INC is a debt collector pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1692a ( 6 ) and has violated my right to privacy by committing identity theft. 15 U.S. Code 1681a - Definitions ; rules of construction ( q ) Definitions Relating to Fraud Alerts. ( 3 ) Identity theft. The term identity theft means a fraud committed using the identifying information of another person, subject to such further definition as the Bureau may prescribe, by regulation.IQ DATA INTERNATIONAL has never received written instructions from me authorizing the furnishing of any information to third parties in violation of 15 U.S. Code 1681b.Permissible purposes of consumer reports ( a ) In general Subject to subsection ( c ), any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : ( 2 ) In accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates.U.S. Code 1602 - Definitions and rules of construction ( p ) The term unauthorized use, as used in section 1643 of this title, means a use of a credit card by a person other than the cardholder who does not have actual, implied, or apparent authority for such use and from which the cardholder receives no benefit.
