Signed up for Chase Southwest Rapid Rewards credit card on XX/XX/XXXX. Inquired about the statement closing date and was told it would close 1 month after opening on XX/XX/XXXX and at that time any points that I accrued during the statement period would be sent to my SW Rapid Rewards account upon statement closing. Due to customer service misinformation, the statement closed in XXXX and the points were sent to my Rapid Rewards account in XXXX, effectively not counting towards my XXXX points accrual. I called in and was told the points with be revoked and re-issued so they would count towards my XXXX points accrual. Again, I was misinformed as this did not happen.
