Citibank closed my business bank account without notice or reason : Call made XX/XX/2022 at XXXX 1. My funds were sent to incorrect address eventhough branch manager corrected address in my presence. 2. new check was never sent and when I called citibank refused to provide tracking number. 3. Agents did not want to even discuss my account and when I asked for supervisor agent pretended the line had gone dead but I could her her breathing. At this point agent transferred me to a supervisor. 4. spoke to supervisor XXXX XXXX ID XXXX on XX/XX/2022 at XXXX. She stated that they AGAIN sent check to wrong address. She also stated she did not have a tracking number and it could be months to get check. Resolution requested : 1. I want my funds of {$16000.00} refunded 2. I want my funds sent overnight 3. I want an additional {$12000.00} for damages caused for funds not been returned and payments missed by my business in addition to damage caused on my credit reports caused directly by check not being sent correctly.
