My husband and I were applying for home loans in XX/XX/2021. We shopped around with a few lenders including Citibank. The loan officer from Citibank we worked with was XXXX XXXX XXXX. He ended up pulling our credit multiple times without our consent, but since at the time we were shopping for a home loan, we did not do anything about it. We bought our home in XX/XX/2021 through another lender and have not applied for a home mortgage since then. Recently on XX/XX/2021, XXXX XXXX XXXX pulled our credit ( both me and my husband ), even though we are in NO WAY engaging in business with him. We tried to contact him to get him to reverse the credit pull but were unsuccessful. We also filed disputes with XXXX ( both me and my husband separately ), but XXXX upheld the credit pull as valid, even though we did not authorize it and are NOT seeking a mortgage from Citibank. Since we are not getting any help from XXXX XXXX, Citibank or XXXX, we need to file a report to get a resolution and remove the credit check. I'd also like to report XXXX for erroneously pulling credit without our consent both in XXXX when we were shopping for loans, and many months later in XXXX when we had no relationship or contact with him.
