In XXXX I was in a tractor-trailer rollover at work and sustained a XXXX XXXX XXXX! I now see double and am XXXX because of it. Washington state took my XXXX away in fact making me jobless. In XXXX Washington retrained me as an XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX In XXXX Covid took my job away because no one wanted a XXXX XXXX in their house XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX! I have pretty much been jobless since. I had to file bankruptcy, when I filed for bankruptcy the companies involved took everything off my credit report, and then when my bankruptcy was final they put it back on my credit report. Now they wont take it off! Both companies are listed in my credit history and included in the bankruptcy so in fact I am getting docked points off my credit score not only for the bankruptcy but also for the two companies involved in the bankruptcy. I have asked them to take it off and they wont! One, is XXXX XXXX XXXX, the other is XXXX Bank! And my problem is that Im getting docked twice for the same thing. one is listed as a bankruptcy and the other two are listed so that they can put dismissed through bankruptcy chapter 7 in my report. So Im getting docked for the XXXX listing the XXXX XXXX listing and the bankruptcy listing. Is not this like getting punished twice for the same crime?
