I got a credit card through XXXX XXXX 's insistence that it would help my credit. The card is called, XXXX ' from Continential Finance . From the first moment I received it, it has been laced with problems that seem fraudulent because they try to extort more money than they are owed by their Customers. They are quite good at it. My first payment was {$99.00}, they withdrew from my bank XXXX payments of {$99.00}, on auto-pay but it was MY fault. I had to call and fight with them to refund XXXX payment. Since then, I have had to call them every single month after I've made a payment because something is always incorrect! Wrong amounts, always to the detriment of myself. This month however was the straw that broke the camels ' back. I prefer auto-pay, ( which comes out of a checking account ). I wanted to change that information to a new bank & I went to the account page at XXXX XXXX 2 weeks before my payment was due in hopes all information would sync by my payment. ( Their accounts page won't allow you to select more than one bank for auto-pay ). I always pay my entire bill each month, this month my balance was {$180.00} to come out of a XXXX XXXX checking account. That amount came out and so did a {$35.00}, ( minimum payment. ) from my XXXX XXXX account!! It made that account go to NSF status. It's constant with this company. I have noticed they change information on my accounts page such as dates, and dollar amounts and have deleted a month or two payments, which always return in time. I would say, " As if cooking the books! '' I spoke to a Supervisor today about refunding the {$35.00} along with {$25.00} NSF fees. Help, I know I'm not the only one they're doing this too.
