On XX/XX/2022, I purchased a dental savings plan through XXXX. Through a computer glich, I was charged twice for the plan. Both charges occurred on the same date and time. The amount was {$120.00}. I contacted XXXX and they issued me a full refund. I am being told that it could take up to 12 days to receive the credit back on my account. That is UNACCPTABLE!!! It did not take Citi Bank 12 days to release the fund. Citibank blames XXXX for the refund not being back on my card. XXXX casts the blame on Citibank. Citibank told me that I still have over {$4000.00} to use on my credit if something should happen and I need money. That answer is totally ridicous. That is not the point. I don't carry balances on my card.
