I applied for the XXXX when the loan forgiveness was initiated. My loans have been consolidated and passed from company to company. In the process my loans have been put in deference sometimes against my request. I made payments during that time to keep interest low. I have resubmitted my employment verification several times and it was either denied or dismissed. Currently they are not crediting me the payments made prior to their service and the ones made in deference even though I have submitted paperwork. They are claiming it's out of compliance but won't help. They also claim that my work ended in XX/XX/2021 even though my work says I'm currently still employed. So none of my payments from XXXX on are counted.
