Hello On XX/XX/2021 I ordered from XXXX XXXX XXXX for {$440.00}. I found out that the order I'd made my order incorrectly and canceled it with XXXX. I was told the refund would take 10 days but when more than 30 days had passed and I had not gotten a reply to my emails to asking about the refund, I disputed the charge with Robinhood in XX/XX/2021. I gave Robinhood pictures of the receipts and explained what happened. In XX/XX/2021 I received an email from XXXX that my refund for {$440.00} had been submitted. It is XX/XX/XXXX and I have not gotten a refund or a credit back to my account. As I write this I'm talking to a " XXXX '' at Robinhood customer service ( XXXX ) XXXX This is the strangest customer service experience I've ever received. He doesn't appear to understand anything I'm saying and is talking in complete circles to me. I am getting no help whatsoever from Robinhood. They are just playing games with me. Robinhood is claiming that there is a transaction in my account, not visible to me either in the app or online that explains where my {$440.00} is. The {$440.00} is not in my account and no one can explain this to me. Robinhood has sent me back an email saying they will not issue me a refund and they are impossible to get on the phone and are not responding to emails or pleas on social media.
