On XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from Chrysler Capital / Santander Consumer USA Inc dated XX/XX/XXXX that stated " Chrysler Capital does not perform goodwill or courtesy requests to remove accurately reported negative information from your credit report '' ( as shown in attachment ) after I filed my dispute concerning my rights under the FCRA. I inform Chrysler Capital that the information they was reporting was diminishing the value of my consumer credit report and needed them to block and remove it immediately. On or around XX/XX/XXXX I talked to Chrysler Capital / Santander Consumer USA Inc. fraud department and spoke with representatives " XXXX '' employee ID # XXXX and " XXXX '' employee ID # XXXX both XXXX and XXXX had horrible customer service, rude, was yelling thru the phone and using profane language.
