In XX/XX/XXXX I asked in a XXXX Chat about my credit card I have with them and they told me it was closed because of the time it had pass, however everything was good, balance was on zero. Later on I received and email informing that they dig my credit history and this drop almost XXXX points on my credit score!!! Im working on everything even the hard times we passing by to mantain my credit score good and this just push me hard. Please help me out eliminating this into my credit score.
