I deposited 2 checks for {$3000.00} each, for a total of {$6000.00} Via the Chase XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2021, the funds cleared the issuing bank on XX/XX/2021 On XX/XX/XXXX, Chase bank closed the account at their institution, with no reason or notice given, and returned the funds in the account, minus the {$6000.00} in the form of a cashiers check. upon numerous calls, lasting for hours of hold, call back and repeatedly trying to resolve this issue, at the branch and on the phone. Branch manager tells me i need to talk to Loss prevention, and gives me a number to call, that numbers has a hold time over 2 hours. when you do reach someone the tell you you need to resolve in a branch. I have been to 3 branches and wailed on hold for over 10 cumulative hours, and get conflicting information on how to receive my funds. as of the writing of this complaint, i have been hung up on no les than 6 times while holding to speak to someone about this.
