On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a call from Rocket Mortgage regarding information regarding the process of a mortgage in the future. The rep stated he will need to access my credit report, when asked if it would be a soft or hard inquiry he stated it would be a hard inquiry, I then stated to NOT pull my credit, but it was completed without my authorization. I have reached out to Rocket Mortgage as well as escalated my concerns on several days XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX. The phone call was pulled and reviewed where they acknowledge I stated do not pull my credit, but stated because I verified my information they are able to access my credit without my authorization. Ask again, you can access my credit when I say No because you have my information on file and was told yes.
