Chase allegedly received the incorrect amount for the payout of a totaled loss vehicle from XXXX. I did not write this payoff check and should not be dinged for a 30 day late payment when I did not make the payment. I did not know any remaining balance existed and when I found out, I paid it. I ended up getting another vehicle loan from Chase and it was very confusing because I got the same year make and model vehicle. Not sure why Chase has literally refused to update my credit report as all I do is continue to do business with them.
