On XX/XX/XXXX I began a consumer credit transaction at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX Texas. Information pertaining to my contract was not disclosed to me nor was I made aware of such things that my finance charge shouldve included I. E insurance but did not. Subsection 15 USC 1605 states determination of finance charge. Exhibit ( c ) property damage liability insurance premiums are included in a finance charge. In my consumer credit transaction on XX/XX/XXXX my finance charge did not include insurance and I was told that I had to show /Have insurance to obtain the vehicle by XXXX XXXX XXXX Furthermore on XX/XX/XXXX when I made a cash down payment of {$9.00} with XXXX she advertised to me that I needed to make a down payment to also obtained a XXXX XXXX XXXX. Although subsection 15 USC 1662 states advertising of down payment installments says, no advertising to aid, promote, or assist directly or indirectly any extension of consumer credit may state that a specified down payment is required in connection with any extension of consumer credit. Which my rights as a consumer were clearly violated and therefore I was defraud it. In regards to subsection 15 US C 6802 ( a ). A notice of requirement obligations with respect to disclosures of personal information. I was not made aware That I could opt out from this consumer credit transaction reporting to my consumer report by any third-party reporting agency. I did not give my consent to have this consumer credit transaction furnished on my consumer report which is technically identity XXXX. Due to this being furnished on my consumer report I was denied for a loan on XX/XX/XXXX in multiple loans including credit cards.
