I opened a Citibank ACCELERATE savings last spring. They offered a {$100.00} bonus for maintaining a XXXX balance for 90 days which I did and verified on t6he phone with Citibank. I am now in XX/XX/2022 and NO bonus. I can not get answers from chat and customer service keeps me on hold for XXXX hours at least with no representative in BANKING. Citibank requires I keep at least {$500.00} in the savings account to not get a fee. This has been made way, way, way to hard and appears to me to be a sham to get business with no intent to pay the bonus. AT THE VERY LEAST THEY MAKE IT EXTREMELY DIFFICULT YO GET ANSWERS AND USE LEGAL MUMBO JUMBO IF YOU TALK TO SOMEONE AND THEY ARE IN NO HURRY TO TALK
