Wakefield & Associate has intentionally posted fraudulent claims to my credit report stating that I owe the company. There was never any documents or paperwork sent over to me stating that I had an option to validate this claim. I've never done business or have I ever signed any contractual agreement or documentation with this company. XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX there was a certified letter ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) signed for at the company front office requesting removable of this information from my credit report. 1 ) Could you provide the name of which company that is intentionally sharing, posting private and personal unauthorized release of information to a public site where anyone can review, gain and obtain of personal information. 2 ) Could you provide the name of which company that is intentionally using a direct sign of intimidation with bogus claims with a direct violation if HIPPA 3 ) Could you provide information where your company notified me by phone by law, which clearly states that your company has to give me five days to respond before posting this false and inaccurate of information to my credit profile 4 ) Could you provide information where your company sent out letters to me stating that I can request a validation of this debt 5 ) Could you provide me with proof that there was indeed a contractual agreement between myself, and Wakefield & Associates signed and dated with both my signature and also Wakefield & Associates signature on it, stating that I agreed to pay this fraudulent debt to Wakefield & Associates. XXXX ) Could you provide the beginning and ending of this inaccurate service that I rendered from Wakefield & Associates with my signature and again Wakefield & Associates/Agent signature on it. 7 ) Could you provide me with documentation that they went about the CORRECTED LAWFUL way under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act of XXXX of warning me about my RIGHTS to validation in writing or by mail within the CORRECTED initial TIME frame by law. 8 ) Could you provide me Proven Documentation that their company practices are not showing fraudulent purchasing of individuals personal information. 9 ) Could you provide me documentation that your is not using methods of the UNJUST ENRICHMENT LAW 10 ) Again, I'm DEMANDING that my name to be disassociate with your company as well as this fraudulent information to be remove from my credit report, XXXX, and wherever else you might have my name associated with.
