I did a retirement roll over IRA from XXXX XXXX bank to First Citizens Bank in XXXX 2021 in XXXX Va.. Transferring appx. {$53000.00}. I noticed the first of XXXX that the account had only been change by a appx. a dollar or so a month. I called the bank to ask when earnings or any changes were posted t the account. I was informed that the sales agent was no longer with the bank ( XXXX XXXX ). At that time I spoke to XXXX XXXX who took over for XXXX XXXX. She asked me to meet her at the local bank on XXXX XXXX XXXX even though the bank was closed for the holiday. She told me my account was overlooked and nothing had been done. The stock had never been purchased. She said it had been reported and all necessary paperwork had been filed. I later askked for a copy of all paperwork and a copy of any correspondence. The only thing I have got in writing is a letter saying they are aware of my concern and they are working on it. It has now been almost 2 months since I discovered this and nothing has been done.Thank you I feel that it is time for me to notify you and any other Dept that may be able to help me.
