Completed payments of Chase auto loan as agreed as XX/XX/2021. Had not received the title to my vehicle. Made numerous attempts to resolve the situation with Chase directly, but had been unsuccessful. Chase agents simply refer me to XXXX and the XXXX agent state the is a lien on the vin number.
