Originally started with me receiving a change of address form I did not apply for. Then I received a credit card from Bank of America that I did not apply for. Then received a credit card statement from Bank of America for another card that had approximately {$12000.00} charged on it that I did not apply for. Also have received other notifications that credit cards are not being issued because of lack of identifiable information. Notified Bank of America, local law enforcement, postal service and now consumer finance.
