I have tried to contact Fed Loan Servicing, a part of The XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX about my Public Service Loan Forgiveness status. I haven't been able to get in touch with any loan counselor. I have been on telephone hold for over 3 hours. They have counted 88 of my loan payments as ineligible payments. I want an explanation and want to know how i can get these payments considered eligible.
