I have disputed on multiple occasions with XXXX, the data regarding my XXXX Department of Education student loans. I have personally written XXXX a letter explaining the dates in which they claim I missed payments, the dates they claim I never made payments, and the dates in which I showed receipts for payments that I had made, to no avail. My student loans are not even held by XXXX anymore, which is beside the point all of my student loans have been consolidated into one loan and I still have derogatory marks on my credit report showing that I missed payments and I have never missed a single payment I have always been in forbearance or part of a repayment program. I have submitted copies of my receipts for dates that they show I missed payments to both XXXX and XXXX and nothing changes every time I file a dispute. I run a small business which is a sole proprietorship which is the only income for my family of XXXX children and wife, my only option for credit is through personal credit not business credit therefore these derogatory marks from XXXX which is absolute bogus, are creating an extreme hardship on me and my family. I hope you guys can get something more done than I have been able to.
