This is regarding a Chase XXXX XXXX credit card. I had made an air ticket purchase in XXXX and have closed this credit card since ( closed in XXXX ). Due to the pandemic I had to cancel the tickets and process a refund with the airline. I have been informed by the airline that the refund has been processed and the refund credited to the closed credit card. Four tickets total were purchased. The total amount of refund is ~ {$4800.00}. Since the Chase customer service representative was not able to find this credit card in the system, I was directed to ask for customer support assistance. I have not received this reimbursement to date ( XX/XX/XXXX ) and it has been close to a year.
