Please see attached scanned letters to Sears Citi Mastercard complaining about my stolen credit card and and the Company 's replies : they basically deny my cards or card information was stolen and used to make over {$6000.00} USD of charges in XX/XX/2020 made in XXXX XXXX at stores I've never visited ( during the COVID-19 pandemic while XXXX XXXX service to return to the USA was non-existent ). I demanded the cessation of monthly debit payments to my XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX account [ a bank officer tried to block their monthly debits to no effect! ] and the refund of money I'd paid them, but they ( Citibank ) persist in billing me and ruining my credit score and history!
