Phoenix Financial Services is reporting two accounts on my report that are not mine. States they are medical bills from another state. I have lived in iowa for 40 years. The account opening date keeps changing but are all sometime in the last year. I have not traveled out of state In years. Ive asked them to provide me proof this debt is really mine and have been ignored. These two collection accounts are the only negative marks on my credit report and its infuriating that they are allowed to damage peoples lives in this way without validation that the debt is actually owned by the person they are negatively affecting.
