GM Financial declined payment assistance during Covid-19 pandemic. Predicated any assistance on the payment of a predatory {$89.00} fee. This has caused 4 late payments to show up on my account. They also charged fees for payment assistance during other federal natural disasters. Additionally, what makes matters more frustrating, is that their website was down for payments on multiple occasions. This caused a 30-day late to become a 60-day late for XX/XX/2020. I believe this was done intentionally to cause additional late fees.
