My bank has gone into retaliatory actions against my account regarding me contacting cfpb and /or the services of the FDIC XXXX etc. A matter settled with an XXXX XXXX XXXX unauthorized transaction back in XXXX, no loss to the bank nor my account -- -their pay request was returned per my request. I did settle the total amount with them on XX/XX/2021. In fact the bank cease processing anything on that transaction. They seem to want to have me settle with these unauthorized extractions as though I sit home all day and allow things to happen to my account because these establishing predators are seeking to destroy my account funds and prepaid methods already set up. Exception, XXXX XXXX XXXX always has to have a verbal confirmation or same day as bill due confirmation as I do not leave my account information for automatic payments. Maybe my bank has decided this XXXX american customer is no longer worthy of banking respect and fair services. (? )
