I have inquired multiple times with no resolution, and been promised the issue would be escalated internally. My most recent contact, on XX/XX/XXXX, ended with a rep informing me that my account was indeed qualified for the bonus and that it had not been paid. This, again, resulted in an internal escalation which I have little hope of being resolved without this requested intervention from the CFPB.
