There were a fraudulent transaction of {$4200.00} on my Chase account, I called the bank as soon as it happened in XXXX. I asked them to close my account and send me a card where I was located.They said they could not send me a new card at my new location thus unable to close the account. I only bank with Chase. My mother passed away so I have to leave as soon as possible.While I traveled another fraud occurred of {$2100.00} occurred. I immediately called them and told them to close my account. This time they did and sent me a new card. Ive been disputing with Chase for the past 5 months and my claims were denied every time. They cited that I passed the 60 days claim period, while each time I immediately called them. My last attempt to called Chase bank after submitting all the paperwork they have requested was today XX/XX/2021. They stated that my claim was denied because it now more than 60 days, and the second claim couldnt be validated as well, because the first card should have been closed to begin with.
