an ex girlfriend used my card while i was out of town and spent all my money toaling in XXXX and bank of america is not doing anything to make this right. Not only have i submitted all the facts and details showing i was out of town while the charges occured and a police report along with the detectives card with contact info there still treating the matter as if my money dont matter. ive been hung up on by multiple reps and lied to by bank of america and yet they still just dont care to even make my sittuation right. please help me get my money back ive gone homless because of this and im currently living in a XXXX
