Earlier this year I had to report them for taking a double payment and refusing to reverse it even though just the one payment paid it in full When I complained they corrected the issue by mailing me a check But they cleared my whole purchase history and deleted all my receipts from my account history when they did it I have been trying to exchange a stove thats faulty over a month and cant because they deleted my purchase history and all my transaction receipts from my lowes account when I reported them for taking a double payment I want this stove exchanged for a non defective one and my purchase history restored to my account and made visible for me to use when needed They also locked me out of the ability to complain or use customer service or rate anything in the app When I try giving them a XXXX star rating they just wont let you Its rigged to only take good ratings
