i have 2 issues that need to be addressed. ( 1 ) I had a group of credit / refunds owed to be by a merchant. at least ( 21 ) of these credits posted to my account between XX/XX/2021 through XXXX, XXXX. After the credits were adjusted to my account, I have a credit balance of at least {$40000.00}. When I requested my credit balance to be mailed back to me, I was advised all the credits were transferred over to some internal Citi account, however, Citi is now telling me they can not access my account and that they have no idea where my credit balance is or how to submit a request for the refund to be mailed to me. ( 2 ) in addition, Citi also needs to adjust all interest owed to me in connection to the credited transactions, which has not been corrected on the account.
