There is a Citibank N.A. reporting on ( 1 ) of the ( 3 ) Reporting Credit Bureau. XXXX is reporting a Citibank Account Number XXXX that I am an Authorized User on this account. I have made several attempts to get this repaired and as of today XX/XX/2021 it is still being reported. First attempt XX/XX/2021 called CitiBank they sent me a letter dated XX/XX/2021 letting me know that they were unable to update the Credit Report. To remove authorized users for Credit Reporting the Authorized user must be removed from the account. Second attempt XX/XX/2021 no help received the 2nd letter from Citibank telling me the same thing the XXXX letter said. Then I wrote a letter to Citibank on XX/XX/2021 letting them know that I did not never give anyone my Permission to put me on a Card as an Authorized Users. I have not heard back from them but as of today XX/XX/2021 I check my XXXX Report and it is still out there. Please help this is not my Debit. This is Fraud using my name and my information without my permission.
