I made a cash deposit on Citibank XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX atm XXXX of {$1100.00} at XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, the money got jammed, I asked the manager to help, he made me call the It service, I did and opened the case # XXXX, they gave me 1 business day to fix that, on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX I called again and they said would take 10 to 45 days to get that fixed, I went to the branch to speak to the manager again, he talked to me on a ironic way pretending that I put a quarter in the middle of the bills, since them Ive been treated like a thief, when I made my point : did you find the money, answer is yes, the amount is right? Yes, so why would I do that? Them they changed the tone of the conversation. The money was to pay the IRS payment which at this point have already returned Beside all the financial problems Im facing the situation that Ive been treated as thief or scam which no proofs
