Phoenix Financial Services is reporting a debt not owed by me for medical debt. I havent been to, seen, or been associated with any kind of medical location ( hospital, clinic, etc ) in the time frame being reported. Originally reported XX/XX/2021, disputed twice through credit bureaus, since company is unable to provide any information related to the original merchant ( account number, name of vendor, date of visit, etc ) was removed but Phoenix placed back on file XX/XX/2021. Since the company has been unable to provide any details about the supposed debt owed and continues to put debt on credit file, filing complaint to have government agency review collection agency and its malicious tactics of trying to collect fraudulent debt.
