On XX/XX/2021, I received a notification from XXXX that I had an updated address submitted to my account. When I checked my credit report, Chase had submitted their own address, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, AZ XXXX as a personal address for me. Upon calling multiple times on XX/XX/2021 for Chase to resolve this issue and find out how and why this happened, all I'm told is that the credit department that handles those things is not taking calls for at least 4 weeks. Having Chase 's business address reported as my personal information is a major issue they refuse to acknowledge or fix. I have filed a dispute with XXXX, however Chase has violated my privacy rights, in my opinion, and needs to be held accountable.
