Closed my savings act and checking account on XX/XX/2021 as if XX/XX/XXXX my checking acct is still open received and check for the remaining amount in my savings still have not received my amount from my checking and Iam being charged A monthly fee when my acct has been closed I have yet to receive my remaining amount for my checking acct, nit sure why one acct is closed and the other is open, I closed both at one time, I need answers and the remaining amount of my money called 4 times and I have not gotten anywhere, spent 2.5 hours on the phone trying to figure things out but no one seems to have the accurate answers for me
