a ) The Morning of XXXX XX/XX/2021 Checked my account and noticed unauthorized charges XX/XX/2021 XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, {$9.00} XX/XX/2021 XXXX XXXX XXXX, {$380.00} XX/XX/2021 XXXX XXXX XXXX, {$53.00} b ) Immediately called chase, c ) Talked to chase they closed my account and sent me out a new card d ) the next day i noticed charges still on my account so i called again e ) they said charges will be removed soon f ) few days later charges are removed. g ) got my new card activated thought everything was fine. h ) XXXX XX/XX/2021 i received an email ( We posted a new notice or letter in your Chase XXXX app and at chase.com/statements. ) I ) Your account ending in XXXX Dear : ( My Name -- -- - ) Thank you for contacting us on XX/XX/2021 about an unauthorized transaction on this credit card account. We completed our review and would like to share the results of our investigation. You can see this in your balance now at chase.com and on one of your next two billing statements. You are responsible for the following transaction ( s ) Transaction Description Reason XX/XX/2021 XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX You received benefit from this transaction.
