Citibank had a special, bring over certain increments of money and receive a bonus. I opened an account and brought over {$50000.00} and was to receive {$700.00} after 90 days. I did my part and never received my {$700.00}. The money was due no later than XX/XX/XXXX according to the rep I spoke with. I started a phone investigation with them and I went into the XXXX XXXX Citibank branch and the branch manager started an investigation as well. Both the manager and the phone rep assured me we had opened the proper account and deposited $ XXXX in a timely manner and I should receive the money. I still do not have the {$700.00}. I have since taken out the $ XXXX ( that was in XXXX ) because I don't want to bank with them and left about {$27.00} in the account just to keep it open until I get this resolved. I have called several times to get to the bottom of this only to be disconnected after XXXX minutes.
