I've attached the complaint letter I filed with Chase/J.P . Morgan on XX/XX/2021. I received a phone call from XXXX XXXX today, XX/XX/2021 apologizing, and saying that my funds are now available. And that's it. Nothing about the delinquency in the branch not depositing my funds as directed by another financial institution and on time. He made it clear that Chase " would not be compensating me for this experience, but he apologizes and it shouldn't have happened. ''
