This regards my XX/XX/XXXX complaint re : JP Morgan Chase - XXXX They made XXXX attempt to call me- but after XXXX calls that I made, they will not return my call or return my money which they hold- {$23000.00}. The original failed wire occurred on XX/XX/XXXX and since then, they have not returned any calls, not returned the money and not responded to anybody from XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX or myself. The recall was made XX/XX/XXXX. I need MY MONEY so I can pay my bills immediately. I've made more than XXXX emails and XXXX phone calls and I'm getting NO RESULTS from anybody. This was a one-digit error on a wire, and they have simply kept my money, will not return it - and will not call back. They need to return my funds immediately and receive a penalty - I've spent days on this and no results.
