On XXXX, I noticed that there were several unauthorized charges on my Citibank account tipped off from a charge of {$25.00} for XXXX XXXX XXXX in New Jersey. I alerted Citibank and they credited my account and sent a new card. I received my new card yesterday and have been attempting to use my card to no avail. I called after XXXX eat to see what was going on only to be told that the fraud department has my account locked under review. I asked when it would be unlocked, I keep getting the same generic answer that they dont know. I was told to call back today XX/XX/2021 to speak to them where represent XXXX told me that there is nothing I can do but wait. I informed them that I have emergencies and need my funds and they caused several of my bills to reverse this weekend, she then said nothing she can do and began to talk over me and say there are other calls to take. I asked for a manager she then told me they will tell me the same thing and refused to transfer my call. Citibank is causing me great financial harm by locking me out and now I have no access to food in the week of XXXX.
