In XXXX I found BOA new account bonus information online as attached and XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX verified the information I provided and opened a new check account for me, and told me I need to make direct deposit more than {$4000.00} per month to get {$300.00} bonus after 3-4 direct deposits. I have set up direct deposit $ 4200 monthly at the end of XXXX as attached. In the middle of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX me the promised bonus was on the way. I saw {$100.00} bonus on XXXX XXXX other than {$300.00} as attached and I made an appointment with XXXX. Last Thursday - XXXX XXXX, I told XXXX XXXX I only received {$100.00} which is a new account bonus, Mr.West seemed to try to find out what's going on. A lady who I guessed is in charge told me the bonus information was not true and I was told that the online AD was not from BOA. And then she printed out something for me as attached, obviously it is different from what I found in XXXX. After I showed her what I saw online back to XXXX, she told me that she would file a complaint for me to higher level, but I could not get {$300.00} as Mr.West promised in XXXX. My concern is that the bank should keep what they promised. The relationship manager XXXX XXXX should have told me from very begining if the information was not accurate. But XXXX XXXX kept promising. The bank should honor what the bank staff promised to the customers. I ask for {$300.00} bonus as promised from BOA. Thank you!
