I sent a rent check to my landlord, to his business name. It was stolen on route and It was deposited by a different party. I can not make out anything from the endorsement. I asked my bank who deposited the check. They said that they have to investigate. It's been a very long time since. And they are still investigating. I first asked them in XXXX and they said up to six months. I didn't get anything. I am enclosing a copy of the front and back of the check. PS. My landlord also filed a complaint but was answered that since he was not the signatory, they can not answer him.
