A loan for a lease buyout was approved, and check was mailed to the lease holder ( XXXX ). Problem is that the check was mailed to the wrong address. Now XXXX claims they never received payment so I am essentially 2 or 3 days away from defaulting on the lease buyout. I have tried to connect with Bank of America for more than a week and either they don't pick up the phone or they do not replied to at least XXXX emails I have sent the loan XXXX : XXXX XXXX XXXX : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and/or her XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have escalated the situation within XXXX and was told a solution should be provided within 24-48 hours but that time has already elapsed without any updates.
